It’s often a sign of heat exhaustion—caused by dehydration and your body overheating. 🤒
⏱️ How long does it last?
With rest and hydration, symptoms usually ease within 30 minutes to a few hours—but they can last longer if untreated.
💧 Stay safe:
✔️ Drink water
✔️ Rest in a cool place
✔️ Wear light clothing
✔️ Watch for warning signs
