At Paramount Wellness, we help restore health through designed clinical nutrition, acupuncture and herbal medicine. Our mission is to help as many people as possible avoid unnecessary drugs/procedures while empowering them to have control of their health, improved vitality, and quality of life. Dr. Erika is currently the only Nutrition Response Testing Advanced Clinical Trained (ACT) graduate in the greater Denver, CO area. This means she has taken advanced coursework and clinical training in Nutrition Response Testing and has the credentials to teach other healthcare providers about this unique and effective approach to handling difficult and un-resolving cases.

Erika Schultz is a Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc) and a certified Applied Clinical Nutritionist (ACN).
Erika holds a Masters of Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture with over 2800 hours in biomedicine, acupuncture theory, point location and use, and Chinese herbs from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine . She also has advanced certifications in clinical nutrition through Texas Chiropractic College and Ulan Nutritional Systems, Inc. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Family Studies from Central Michigan University and a 200+ hour Hatha (Roots) Yoga Certification from Vital Center for Mind-Body Health.
Currently, Erika is the only Nutrition Response Testing℠ Advanced Clinical Trained (ACT) graduate in the greater Denver, CO areas. This means she has taken advanced coursework and clinical training in Nutrition Response Testing℠ and has the credentials to teach other healthcare providers about this unique and effective approach to handling un-resolving cases.
Erika is currently pursuing her doctorate degree completing studies in research, evidence based practice, statistics and medical integration from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego CA and anticipates completion in 2020.
Lyric discovered Nutrition Response Testing first as a patient, having found it while in a state of non-optimal health with a long list of symptoms, aches and pains. Over the next two years she experienced a total health transformation and realized in the process that she had also landed on her calling. Pursuing her professional certification in Nutrition Response Testing has allowed her to take a passion for holistic healthcare and helping others, turning it into an opportunity to truly transform others’ health and well-being as an Associate Practitioner at Paramount Wellness.
Lyric’s health transformation that came about through Nutrition Response Testing is what led her to seek out a massive career change and become professionally certified as a practitioner, in order to bring this healing modality to her community. Lyric has the passion to help others transform their lives, and the passion to leave her imprint on the groundwork to help shift the healthcare paradigm in America.
