Finally! Help with your insurance.

Open Forest Counseling and Coaching (OFCC) is excited to announce that we've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.

Mentaya is perfect if you:
• Have out-of-network benefits
• Feel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance
• Have submitted superbills but failed to get any reimbursement
• Simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork!

Here's how it works:
1. Sign up for Mentaya: https://mentaya.co/inviteclient/aTlBDHiNI503OzVi2Qsu
2. Our practice will enter your sessions into the platform.
3. Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up.
4. You get reimbursed by insurance!

Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes handling any paperwork required,
dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies.

It's risk-free: They guarantee claims are successfully submitted, or a full refund of their fees.

Study for Asian American clients forwarded from Eliana Claps Graduate student at Idaho State University:

My name is Eliana, and I am a clinical psychology doctoral student at Idaho State University. Our research team would like to invite you to send out this survey to your Asian American psychotherapy clients or other providers who may serve Asian American clients. You may copy and paste the invitation below to send to interested parties.

Our research team invites Asian American psychotherapy clients to participate in our study, which seeks to assess Asian American psychotherapy preferences. This research study has been approved by the Idaho State University Institutional Review Board (IRB) Approval Date [IRB-FY2023-250; 07-26-2023]. The survey will take approximately 15-30 minutes of your time. Participation in this study consists of completing questions that ask about various aspects of your current experiences and opinions related to psychotherapy and your personal values. These questions range from topics such as your experience with psychotherapy to your personal views of your sociocultural background. After completing these questions, you will have the option to enter a drawing for one of sixteen $50 Amazon gift cards (5% chance of winning) if you meet all eligibility criteria and data checks.

We know how busy you are and greatly appreciate your time and choosing to assist us with this study. If you are willing to participate, the survey can be accessed using the appropriate link:
