Meet the practice owner & BCBA, Kelli!
Kelli has been in the field of ABA since 2012, and is going on her 9th year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Kelli has practiced as a BCBA in multiple roles in California, Colorado, and now Virginia. She started as a clinical supervisor working directly with clients in the home, community, and clinic settings, and gradually worked her way into clinical management and director roles. She has worked with clients as young as 2 years old up to adulthood. Kelli has mentored Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBA supervisees in coursework, as well as newly certified BCBAs. Kelli has maintained a telehealth caseload of her own since 2020, and has successfully worked with clients and caregivers to provide ABA support using a remote modality.
Kelli's passion within the field of ABA is to work with caregivers and provide value-based treatment. Kelli understands the importance of providing individualized treatment with a focus on what is important to the family and client. As a clinician, Kelli values individuality, and celebrating differences in clients while teaching functional skills in order to support their goals.
