I opened the doors to GCPT with the desire to put the “care” back into healthcare in a way traditional clinic settings did not allow. My vision included treating the whole patient and not just their diagnosis. I wasn’t sure the clinic model would work, but I did it anyway. Making it to 5 years as a small business is a big deal ♥️. I am humbled by the support and grateful for everyone who has made GCPT what it is today.

Year round sports take their toll, so I am so happy to see this young athlete caring for her body and mind. Nothing says self care quite like dry needling with a side of Starbucks (and putting down your phone) during your off period.

Sometimes YouTube does not the exact taping technique you’re looking for (mainly because every patient is unique and there is no one size fits all taping technique). This AM I to go “old school” and create a graphic for my patient. I chuckled because exactly 20 years ago today, I was studying for my final exams in PT school. So much has changed in the practice, yet so much has stayed the same. I feel lucky to be in a profession that challenges me daily while continuing to allow for growth (more on that to come…..).
