While sooo much of what we do at NeuAbility is hard work and hustle - we also try to have a lot of fun doing it.

Incorporating activities like ball tosses and soccer kicks make adaptive exercise more fun AND more functional.

Jumping rope without ever leaving the ground 💪

Adaptive exercise is one part creativity, one part persistence and one part great equipment.

These nifty ropes mimic the upper body engagement of jumping rope without having to jump through them - with a little extra weight for good measure.
