This video is for VERY BEGINNER and focuses on LEARNING and slow CORRECTIONS. If you are just getting started in yoga this is a good choice, or if you have injury that is a concern this will probably be good as it is slow moving and shows postural corrections. However, this video is generalized and does not explain corrections for all the specific common injuries we see in yoga. Go slow don’t do anything that hurts you.
I train all levels and all injury online and can do FaceTime, Zoom and facebook calls as well as skype. I am happy to walk anyone through anything from a rehabilitation to a yoga routine they can learn to do at home.

My apologies the free yoga hasn’t worked out until now but I wanted to produce something you can do as a routine. This was taken in class, Then I just edited and did the voice over on it as you could not hear me.

Hello sorry the sound and video was not good today, but I’m going to talk loudly and put the computer closer tomorrow!! Yoga “live” take II ~Hang in there with me yoga 🧘🏼‍♂️ friends! I’ve invited some staff to come to so should have more people. The time I think it’s just a bit too early in the dark mountains. I’ve requested a microphone from our CEO she said to send over pricing she will get me one. SO, NEXT WEEKEND is at 7:00 that should be better. Anyway 🤩 working out the kinks is part of any good yoga program!

I’ve decided to record my group yoga classes live. If you want to join:

Saturday & Sunday February 11 & 12 @ 6:30 am DENVER COLORADO time.
Saturday & Sunday February 18 & 19th 7:00-7:45 am DENVER COLORADO time.

About the Workout:
I teach anywhere from 1-5 classes per month on location at a guest ranch here in Colorado. I am hired for Yoga group beginner level 1, but occasionally get a really fit group and do some intermediate moves. For a lot of people in the class it is their first yoga class and they are just getting an introduction to the work. I use blocks and straps and teach some lying down, some abdominal work, some seated postures then some flow. 45 minutes will have less seated strap work and more flow.

New to me/uncharted territory:
This recording will not be a piece of cinematic art, however it will contain really good free professional yoga made for real people with normal bodies.
If anyone has ever done this, and can tell me how to do it well, please let me know. If you are one of my 20 year old cousins and know a lot about facebook live please message me!
