I don't know about you, but when I get stressed self care is the first thing that goes out the window. I know that if I take care of my body, mind, and spirit first, everything else seems to just fall into place, but who's got time for that?

My approach includes qualities of compassion and presence gained from more than thirty years of meditation, holding space for people as a staff member of Path Retreats, and helping people overcome fear and panic of water as a crew member on a catamaran in the Bahamas.

Each session is tailored to your specific needs, and I use movement cues together with deep myofascial release techniques to provide lasting change. At times I also use a more gentle, energetic touch like Craniosacral therapy and Reiki to help calm the nervous system and to help the body integrate the work.

It was this process of healing which led me to fall in love with the study of human anatomy and how the body is put together to function as a whole.

I am a Certified Rolfer of the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder, CO. With over 10 years experience as a licensed massage therapist, Yoga instructor and Reiki 1 practitioner, I have the skills to heal you.

My training provides a felt educational touch to the physical and energetic body offering a unique healing experience, while my passion for physical health, and innate understanding of the human body help assure each session is tailored to fit the individual client and their body’s needs.

I am excited to announce our new staff

As some of you already know, Evelyn has decided to move back to California. The ocean and family trumps a good job any day. While we are sad to see her go, we wish her success and happiness in all her endeavors.

With that in mind, I have hired two more employees to fill the void, and I am very excited to have them on the team. Gianluca and Michelle are both graduates from the Rolfing institute in Boulder, CO and each have a unique background of healing body, mind, and soul.

I know that transitions can be hard, and I'm sure a lot of you will miss Evelyn's work. So to make this change more palitable I am offering anyone $20 off their first session with Gianluca or Michelle. Just mention this email and it will be deducted upon checkout.
