Zion Yoga Zion Yoga is about deepening the journey to our highest self, and learning to manage the stress and Yoga therapy is more than a workout.

Glen is a Registered Yoga Therapist (RYT) through Sundara Yoga Therapy. Integrative Yoga Therapy centers specifically on health and healing. Every day we wake up to stress from paying bills, traffic and relationships with co-workers to dealing with past depressions and anxiety. These slowly chip away at our happiness, and our true beings. It helps us find a way to deal with stresses and problems so they don’t eat us up. Yoga therapy teaches us to find peace, and to operate from our truest self. Zion Yoga offers both Private Classes and Group Classes. Private classes offer a safe place to learn and practice yoga with no judgement. It's a great place for beginners to learn yoga movements before they join a group class, and for every practitioner it provides a deeper, more intense practice. Each private session is customized specifically for you and your needs and goals. Private Classes $50.00/hr*

All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome, including newbies. Classes primarily focus on proper alignment and learning appropriate breathing, which both energizes and relaxes. The flow and speed of the class is adjusted each night to best fit the participants. This class is both a work-in and a work out. Yoga therapy teaches you to manage daily stress, release negative emotions, and honor yourself. Tuesday night classes are 7-8:15pm. Bring a mat and deepen your journey to your highest self.
