Charmaine holds a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher certificate as well as a 500 hour Massage Therapy certificate. She has a private practice in Littleton, offering Reiki, Medical intuitive readings, Spirit readings, and yoga services to the community for over 22 years. Reiki, working with spirit and angels, massage, and yoga has changed her life in so many ways, on both the giving and receiving end. She works closely with holistic practitioners, chiropractors and energy workers to increase awareness for herself and her clients.

Dearest clients/friends~

I’m retiring my business! 28 years of service 🥰 Since I retired the massage branch in my business, I’ve come to the realization that my business is no longer in alignment with me. Honestly, I’ve been flailing for years and my nervous system is done. I’ve never been more clear in my choice. I don’t know what lies ahead of me and I’m ok with that. Reiki and Spirit and Magic light me up and will continue to be a huge part of my life, just not in the way it’s operating in my business. I’m going to live by my business name and receive and flow with passions of mine.

January 28, 2026 is my last operating day so if you’d like to get in for an in person or remote Reiki session, a Spirit or Medical Intuitive Reading, or an all over Wholelistic session, schedule with me now. Note: January 20th & 21st days are remote only! The remaining days are in person and remote days.

I’m weirder by the day.

This year. I mean, in all my honesty, Uffda. So much change. So many of us. Heartbreak and bloom. At times I told Universe, “I’m at my limit.”

My Ma that raised me crossed. One of the biggest losses in my life to date. My stepdad (didn’t really have a close relationship with him, he was a difficult man but still loss) crossed. So double complex and compound grief which is super fun. So many of my family relationships have been through an upgrade. My business has been absolutely through a ringer cleanse. Multiple health challenges from high cortisol and anxiety because human’ing. And yet I’m still here.

Learned so f’ing much this year. Happy to joy to fu***ng hell to healing to powerful. I certainly did all of the year of the snake things. Check, check and check. And now? Stronger than f’ing ever. Queen crown on. Witch hat on. In 2026 my comeback is Powerful. Magical. Bold. Unstoppable.

Happy new moon in Scorpio:

Ooooweee, we somehow managed to get to this part of the year. The way you were six months ago is not who you are now (I mean, honestly, that can be true of any year in our life) and coming to that conclusion has been led by some rough days of the late. Today’s new moon feels like the beginning of a bit more lighter. Finding joy in simpler ways. Not feeling the pressure of do, do, do. Bringing more jolly to your holly.

When the magic of the night sky brings community together…

Waking up to pics and joy and awe and wonder from all over the country is a social experience I’m here for. Witnessing this extraordinary beauty is something alot of us have never seen before. It felt like being inside a cosmic piece of art.

(Oh and here’s a pic on the left from my home in the mountains that a neighbor took last night because I’m a dork with my camera phone so left it to her to capture it. Pic on the right is from this morning I took upon waking. The sky is like cotton candy).

Wherever I go, I make friends with the animals. This is Gus. Met him at Ontario CA airport last weekend.

I’ve been working on animals my whole career. Doing Reiki (energy work), animal communication and death transition support with them. Animals are so intuitive. They tell me exactly what to work on, what they need, how to support them as they prepare to cross to the other side. They love when you talk to them like you do with a friend. Life is just so joyful with animals in the world.

This pre-teen deer visited me three days after Ma passed. I was sitting on my deck reading a book and heard some noise. I looked up and there she was. I caught a quick video of her and then set my phone down. I asked her where her Mom was. She looked at me and walked towards me. Fifteen yards away. I then asked her, “Are you my Mom?” She looked at me straight in the eyes then grazed on plants. She stayed right next to me, grazing and just being there with me for thirty minutes. I can’t make this up. It was one of the most beautiful moments in my life.

Today marks two weeks since she passed. Each day brings a tear of love, of longing. I wish I could call her on the phone. Hug her. Shop for Halloween decorations with her.

I’m so grateful to be connected with her on the other side. I know that’s what I do for a living, connect people with their loved one’s who have crossed, and since my Ma crossed I feel an even deeper bond with my work. With the magic beyond the veil. With our ancestors.

Our loved one’s who crossed have profound ways of communicating with us. Of staying connected with us. I love that my Ma showed up in the deer that day. Nurturing me in a way that I crave. Each day since then has been a new message of love. And for that I’m deeply thankful.

As I sit here on this first day of fall with a cup of hot chocolate that reminds me of the warm hugs you gave, staring out at the sunrise that reminds me of your fiery smile, snuggled under a soft blanket that reminds me of all of your snuggly slippers, burning a candle that reminds me of your magic, I process how my life has never felt more unknown. It’s as if I’m floating on the ocean waters. Not knowing what’s beneath or around me. I only see up. The radiance of the sky.

This time last week you were still with us, sending gentle and your-sense-of-humor messages to me that you were transitioning. A penny that appeared at my foot when I sat down next to your hospital bed. Two birds that flew into my kitchen window right when I happened to look out of it. A squirrel throwing pine cones at me on my driveway. My car radio turning on by itself to the lyrics “give my heart a break and let me be free”. The server giving my bff and I the #13 food order card the morning you crossed.

The unknown has never felt more known. I feel like you continue to inspire me to trust that.

Thank you for being a Mom that showed up. That encouraged me from such a young age to embrace my gifts that I now share with others. That taught me the magic you embodied. I love and miss you deeply.

Our magical Mother and Wife Karen, crossed to the other side 🌈. She loved her husband, son, daughters and family~always and forever. She knew she was put on this earth to raise her kids to become the fabulous people they have become. Rod was the love of her life. She loved fiercely. Karen was such a presence, you knew when she was in the room. She touched so many lives through her laughter, witch cackle, humor, gardening tips, cooking, love of Halloween and all things witchy. She is deeply loved and missed.

P.S. She really was a witch.
