Self Defense Class
This self-defense class is designed to give you the confidence to eliminate fear and the skills needed to defend yourself in threatening environments. In our self defense classes you’ll also improve your physical fitness and mental alertness to defend yourself in situations ranging from being approached or grabbed by a hostile person. Self defense class in a non-competitive environment with a training partner. Time: 10:30am - 12:30pm
Items: Please have loose clothing such as sweat pants or stretch pants, water bottle. Covid: face coving, socks, and covid vaccine card. Cost: $ 5.00 Donation and Fundraiser for BCRF. The mission of The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® (BCRF) is to achieve prevention and a cure for breast cancer in our lifetime by providing critical funding for innovative clinical and translational research at leading medical centers worldwide, and increasing public awareness about good breast health. A minimum of 85 cents of every dollar goes to research and awareness programs. © 2012 The Breast Cancer Research Foundation
