Did you know...expressing anger in reasonable ways can be healthy, but explosive behavior like frequently yelling, throwing or damaging things may increase the risk for heart disease. Prolonged bouts of anger can take the toll on the body in the form of high blood pressure, stress, anxiety, headaches and poor circulation. Research also shows that even one five-minute episode of anger is so stressful that it can impact your immune system for more than six hours. All of these health issues can lead to more serious problems such as heart attacks and stroke. feeling of uncertainty, fear or insecurity about a quality, race, gender or any aspect of a person that is different can trigger these harmful emotions . These feelings are irrational and illogical and involve being afraid of anything different from. Realizing this and choosing to show compassion or at least tolerance is one step in the right direction towards better health .So hating someone is an internal condition and has nothing to do with the other person!
Use this as an opportunity to understand yourself better and work on these areas with acceptance, patience and understanding.

Hatred triggers the mind in the form of anxiety, obsession and paranoia which can negatively impact your relationships. It further affects the nervous system, immune system and endocrine system as well.
So lets start a new beginning of self love. When you love yourself unconditionally there is no room for hate .
