Professionally, I have been licensed since 2000; I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and South Dakota, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida, as well as a Mental Game Coaching Professional (MGCP). I am excited to share my experience and expertise with new and veteran athletes alike and look forward to helping you perform as a Headstrong Athlete!

Calling all beginner and intermediate trail runners!

Be inspired by other like-minded women in a stunning mountain setting while developing the mental strength skills that will help you perform to your potential — and go beyond your limits!

This immersive, week-long mental strength training experience combines hands-on mindset coaching with trail running and other outdoor activities.

Each day includes focused mental strength training sessions, followed by real-world practice during runs and team challenges. You’ll also receive tailored workbooks,
worksheets, and practical tools to help you build your personal mental strength toolbox — skills you’ll use long after the week is over.
