😡Ugh. Dark-money funded deep-pocket anti-medical ma*****na PACs have killed our bill with dozens of high-paid lobbyists.
WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO TESTIFY!!

WRITE AN EMAIL INSTEAD! I need emails from patients who have lost access, dispensaries with no products to sell to patients, and doctors who are worried about practicing under the current Medical Practices Act-violating rules.

Send EVERYONE’s stories, videos, and testimony because we are going to try other routes. Please send those to ACTnow4patients@gmail.com and they will be sent to the appropriate legislators.

Last year, new rules sponsored by anti-cannabis political action committees lead to the loss of over 30 cannabis clinicians resulting in a loss of care for over 15,000 patients. This year we are supporting SB23-081 to restore both cannabis physician autonomy and again allow telemedicine for patients age 21+.
***NOW IS THE TIME TO COMPLAIN***
