Meditation Session Calendar
All offerings at the Center are for those who want to deepen their spiritual practice and relationship with God, or want to have inner transformational movement โ regardless of spiritual affiliation, religious belief, or no belief in God at all.
The Center offers a breadth and depth of teachings and support for spiritual growth and movement, ranging from meditating weekly with the Centerโs community to participation in a spiritual path to full union with God, and guided by a fully realized Spiritual Master, The Lady.
The Center provides a safe environment for spiritual seekers to go within, search for truth, explore a personal relationship with Spirit, and make life changes that are more in alignment with a deeper inner pull.
People come to the Center with desire for โsomething moreโ โ wanting to explore a deeper relationship with God / Spirit / Truth / Love; seeking deeper meaning and purpose in life; and a desire to get freed up from personal suffering and find true healing and love.
The Center provides two paths for spiritual transformation, guided by a fully awakened Spiritual Master, The Lady.
All levels of spiritual interest and experience are welcome at the Center.
Center of The Golden One Offerings
The offerings of The Center are for those 18 years or older. All events at the Center are drug/alcohol-free.
The Gourasana Meditation Practiceยฎ (GMPยฎ) is one of the Centerโs main offerings. The GMP is an active meditation, during which a wide variety of music is played to support inner movement. This meditation comes with a tangible spiritual power that assists with rapid spiritual transformation and also deep healing in all areas of life. The GMP helps you open your heart, access deep inner calm, and tap into your higher intelligence that is connected to Source.
Weekly public meditations featuring the GMP are available for the public at the Denver Center and via streaming. No meditation experience needed to participate. Register here.
GMP Workshops: These powerful day-long workshops provide an in-depth opportunity to learn more about and experience the Gourasana Meditation Practice. The workshop includes teachings and instruction on the GMP, personal sharing about the movement or change you would like to have in your life, and an extended GMP meditation. You will also spend time in meditative thinking about actions you can take in your life to support the opening you experience in the Workshop.
Expanding Awareness Evenings: A time to come together each month via streaming for lively discussion about various spiritual topics and how to incorporate spiritual exploration into everyday life. Register here.
The Loveโs Awakening Seminarยฎ: A 5-day residential experience offered in Denver and Munich, Germany. The Seminar provides a safe space for participants to do the deep spiritual work of getting freed up from layers of pain so that more love from God can be experienced, true healing can happen, and more compassion and love for all is available. The Seminar is a powerful, life-changing experience for everyone who participates.
Two Spiritual Paths to Freedom: Freedom Walk โ Path of Transformation and the Path to Ultimate Freedom. Both paths are guided by a fully awakened spiritual Master, The Lady.
