I’ve been seeing 11:11 and 1:11 EVERYWHERE lately. 👀

And I just KNOW it’s a sign that I’m doing what I’m supposed to be doing. ✨

For 15 years, I grinded in the marketing and advertising industry working with national brands and big accounts based out of Chi, LA, and NYC. 🌃

But alongside that, I’ve been working in health and fitness for 10 years as well, and something kept pulling me more into this space.

I’m still trying to wear the same shorts I wore a few years ago when I was 37 lbs heavier and 3 pant sizes larger…

And I think it’s time to officially retire these bad boys. 👀 🥲

On the other side of the coin... 🪙

I know for a lot of you, trying on your shorts, swimsuits, and tank tops right now feels VERY different… 👖

And not in a good way either.🫣

Because not too long ago, I was landing for a trip and immediately running to Marshall’s to buy bigger shorts because nothing in my closet fit. 🙃

I dreaded swimsuits and pool days because my b***s felt massive... 👙

If you have bigger b***s, you already know that fitting into a matching set in a size SMALL is a BIG deal. 🤯 😭

Because for YEARS, my life looked like this:

👉🏼 Small/medium bottoms… but a LARGE or XL top.

👉🏼 Sports bras that either suffocated me like a straight jacket or didn’t support me.

👉🏼 Swimsuits that felt like a full engineering project just to hold everything in.

👉🏼 Cute sets? Yeah right… the band would fit my ribs but NOT my chest.

And don’t even get me started on…

😒 Not being able to wear a cute tank without a heavy-duty bra.

😬 Layering TWO sports bras just to run or jump.

🥴 Showing up to a workout class like “wait… how much jumping is there??”

🛍️ Having to order special sizes online instead of grabbing something off the rack.

👙 Avoiding the cute bikinis because spillage is NOT the vibe.

For 10+ years, it was honestly frustrating AF.

Whereas now…

After losing 37 lbs naturally, dropping from a size 6/8 to a 0/2, AND going from a DD+ to a B/C…

Being able to throw on a size SMALL set and have it fit like a glove is a damn miracle! 😭

And now: My outfits are cuter, getting dressed is easier, my workouts feel better, and my b***s aren’t running the show anymore. 🥳

Also… no more soreness or swelling around my cycle… like WHAT?! 🤯

And before you think this required surgery, extremes, or meds…

Nope. ❌

This came from losing body fat strategically, building muscle, and following a plan that actually works with your body. ✅

🐰 If the Easter Bunny thinks I’m eating chicken and broccoli for the rest of my life just to be fit… I’m OUT. 🙅🏼‍♀️

Flashing back: I’ve been a foodie since high school.

I was that girl working at Atlanta Bread Company making sandwiches and lattes, and when it got slow, we’d start mixing sauces and creating new combos for fun. 🥪 ☕

I was also the teenager sitting in Books-A-Million reading nutrition books for fun 📚 (I know… WTF 😅).

And when I got bored of my mom’s sandwiches, I started making my own charcuterie lunch boxes… and sold them to my friends too.

Food has ALWAYS been my thing - which is exactly why the way I eat now matters so much to me. 🫶🏼

I didn’t lose 37 lbs naturally eating bland, boring, restrictive meals.

I did it eating GOOD food that actually made me excited to eat… while still getting leaner, tighter, and stronger. 😏

Some of my go-to meals on repeat:

🍓 Yogurt Muffin Bowls: Greek yogurt, berries, a homemade muffin, plus a lean protein on the side. The sweet and savory combo hits every time.

🧀 Quesadillas: We do these 1-2x/week because it’s perfect for leftovers, super easy, and actually satisfying.

🥗 Greens and Grains Bowls: Spring mix, rice or potatoes, lean protein, a scoop of Greek yogurt, and something pickled. Elite combo.

🥩 Steak Nights: Top sirloin, veggies, potatoes… and yes, I’m adding A1, horsey sauce, ketchup, and Greek yogurt.

🍒 Dessert Bowls: Protein yogurt, frozen cherries, whipped cream, caramel drizzle, some crunchy cereal or chocolate chips, and finished with sea salt.

🍗 Easy Dinners: Kevin’s prepared proteins over rice with a veggie when I don’t feel like cooking.

🌯 Eating Out: Chipotle 1x/week and a nicer dinner a few times a month because balance over burnout.

If you think you need to cut carbs, ditch dessert, and live on rabbit food to lose weight, that’s exactly why you’re stuck. 😬

We do things differently over here:

✔️ Real foods you actually enjoy
✔️ A strategy that helps you lose fat AND build muscle

It prob feels like April Fools when your body is playing tricks on you... 🫣

😒 Like when you work out and eat healthy, but you still don’t look toned or have a flat stomach.

😒 Or when you run, do bootcamps, and get your steps in, but you still hate your legs and don’t feel strong.

🥴 Or when you eat less and move more, but you still can’t seem to push past a certain number on the scale.

If any of this sounds familiar, that was MY STORY too. 📖 👇🏼

Over the past two decades, I’ve lived in so many different versions of my body, and honestly, none of them felt quite right…

🎓 In my teens and 20s, I was what people call “skinny fat.” I worked out, ate healthy, taught fitness classes, but still looked soft, bloated, and bleh.

🌪 In my early 30s after launching this business, I built some baby muscles and got leaner, sure, but I was still struggling with inflammation, still didn’t look toned, and was still socializing quite a bit.

🏥 Then from 2023-2024, I hit my heaviest at 153 lbs after shoulder surgery, some health issues, new-relationship weight (IYKYK), and a really busy season of life where I was more sedentary and just… off.

🔥 And now at 38, I’m 116 lbs after losing 37 lbs naturally and I’m the healthiest, hottest, lightest, leanest, strongest, and most confident version I’ve ever been.

I know YOU might be sitting there thinking, “yep, that’s me,” where…

You’re gonna want in. 😏

I had a flashback in the locker room the other day…

A girl walked in wearing one of those waist sweat belts.

And I was like… OMG. 2012 just called. 📞 😂

Because I used to be THAT girl thinking I could sweat my way to a flat stomach.

Like… ma’am??? 😅

But hey, I didn’t know any better.

I was doing what most women are still doing now:

❌ Guessing, googling, and ChatGPTing

❌ Trying random things

❌ Hoping something would finally work with more time

❌ Hiring sh*tty coaches because they’re “cheap”

The difference now is that I actually have a strategy - and so do my clients.

And THIS is what one week inside my program looked like: 👇🏼

🔥 Client hit a new low on the scale AND said her clothes are finally fitting loose...

💪🏼 Client increased her lifts across the board and is starting to SEE definition in her arms...

👖 Client dropped a pant size without cutting out carbs or her fav foods...

⚡️ Client has more energy than she’s had in years (no more 3pm crashes)...

🍽️ Extended her contract another 6 months after just a few weeks of working together...

📉 Multiple clients navigating plateaus… and breaking through them with small tweaks...

Like… this is normal over here.

❌ Not starvation…

🚶🏼‍♀️ One of the simplest ways to shed fat and lean out is to move more - which could look like...

👟 Hitting 3,000 more steps than you usually do.

🏋🏼‍♀️ Getting 1 extra workout in instead of hitting snooze.

📺 Walking on a walk pad while you watch your favorite show instead of melting into the couch.

If we’re being honest… MOST people are barely moving, as the average American gets around 4,000 to 5,000 steps per day. 😬

So yeah… increasing your movement DOES help.

BUT that’s not the whole equation to fat loss, weight loss, and toning. 👀

Just because you’re moving more doesn’t mean your body is going to change the way you want it to.

Instead, it comes from having a plan that actually considers all the major key players:

🔥 METABOLISM: If yours is fired up or slow and sluggish.

🥗 MEALS: What you’re eating (and how much).

🏋🏼‍♀️ MOVEMENT: How you’re training (not just that you are).

🧠 MINDSET: Pushing through busy days, excuses, and following through.

😴 OTHER BIO-MARKERS: Your sleep, stress, energy, and recovery.

📊 ALSO: How your body is progressing week after week.

🔁 MOST IMPORTANT: Adjusting your plan so you don’t plateau.

A LOT of people are already eating “pretty healthy” and working out here and there.

… and they STILL look exactly the same 3 months later. 😒

But that just points to a bad strategy and maybe poor follow-through- which is totally fixable.

I didn’t lose 37 lbs naturally by just “moving more,” and my clients don’t either.

Instead, we eat and move with intention and actual strategy, AND we follow a plan that actually evolves as our bodies change.

That’s ALSO why our bodies don’t just change - they get better with more time too. ✨

Think: Weight loss you can maintain - AND results that keep getting better and better.

So yes… move more, please!

But if you want to actually look lighter, leaner, tighter, and more toned…

You’re going to need more than just extra steps.

My passion for this industry started at an early age - whether I was coming up with some sort of concoction in the kitchen or reading nutrition books (for fun) when I was 16 years old. Fast-forward to today, that passion has only grown. Whether enjoying home-cooked meals with friends, lifting weights in the gym, or teaching a yoga class, my goal is to inspire others to make healthier decisions and sustainable practices when it comes to health and wellness.

I’m a certified Nutrition Coach, an amateur chef, and am a big believer in fueling your body properly. I’ve spent my entire life diving into food, whether dissecting the nutrition of each meal, testing and treating personal food sensitivities, or leveraging certain strategies for reaching new goals. Most importantly, I don’t believe in diets, but rather, in sustainable nutrition strategies that break the cycle of deprivation, yo-yo dieting and the weight gain game. By utilizing my nutrition knowledge and my chops in the kitchen, I provide long-lasting strategies and easy-to-implement tactics that allow my clients to feel their best and reach their ultimate potential. From macronutrient calculations and carb-cycling, to recipes and sample meal plans, I help clients feel educated, prepared and empowered to make healthier decisions for life.
