So many of my clients come to me after years of trying to lose weight, shed body fat, and tone and define on their own.

If I wanted to lose 15+ lbs by the end of the year, here is what I would start implementing THIS WEEK to see bigger and better weight loss, fat loss, and toning results. 👇🏼

1️⃣ I would start tracking my food intake to ensure I’m eating enough calories, and consistently.

If you want to lose weight, you HAVE to signal to your body that food is coming in, and consistently. This will help your body get the necessary calories and nutrients it needs to survive and thrive, your hormones will be happier, and your body will be more likely to respond to weight loss protocols later on.

Now… HOW MUCH to eat and WHAT you should eat is something I coach inside my custom program, Body Transformation Blueprint. 😉

2️⃣ I would start a training program developed by a professional who knows your goals, lifestyle, and physique.

While any movement is better than no movement, a customized training program will yield you better results longer-term, and it will help you see lasting changes rather than yo-yo-ing. 🪀

This is also something I help my clients dial in on (and in a custom way) - because oftentimes, working out doesn’t mean you’re actually doing it properly, that you’re choosing the right exercises, or that you know how much you should be doing in the first place.

3️⃣ I would start drinking more water. 💦

As we always said while visiting Africa: “water is life.” And your body needs it to be able to function as a human. It also helps to eliminate fat cells from your body and helps with bloating.

My 48-year old client has LEANED TF OUT eating nearly 1,000 extra calories per day! 😳

And I always say, a picture is worth a thousand words (swipe through to see for yourself). 📸

This busy, working professional came to me feeling stuck, unmotivated, and just knew she wasn’t showing up the way she needed to in order to see progress. 

She had already lost 50 lbs (which is amazing!), but she was struggling to lose even more weight (she felt like she hit a plateau) and wanted to feel more like herself again - but better.

She knew she wanted to lose about 20 more lbs, but she also wanted to…

✅ Combat perimenopause symptoms and support hormones

✅ Become a healthier version of herself, especially into her 50s

I’m in constant awe at how this year has unfolded so far. 🥹

So many amazing things have happened.

So much growth and transformation.

So many adventures.

A lot of hard work.

And some heartbreaking moments too.

At the end of the day… I still stand firm in the fact that we create the life we have.

Every single decision and every step of action we take is a culmination of things we’ve decided for ourselves.

So if you don’t like something, change it.💫

My passion for this industry started at an early age - whether I was coming up with some sort of concoction in the kitchen or reading nutrition books (for fun) when I was 16 years old. Fast-forward to today, that passion has only grown. Whether enjoying home-cooked meals with friends, lifting weights in the gym, or teaching a yoga class, my goal is to inspire others to make healthier decisions and sustainable practices when it comes to health and wellness.

I’m a certified Nutrition Coach, an amateur chef, and am a big believer in fueling your body properly. I’ve spent my entire life diving into food, whether dissecting the nutrition of each meal, testing and treating personal food sensitivities, or leveraging certain strategies for reaching new goals. Most importantly, I don’t believe in diets, but rather, in sustainable nutrition strategies that break the cycle of deprivation, yo-yo dieting and the weight gain game. By utilizing my nutrition knowledge and my chops in the kitchen, I provide long-lasting strategies and easy-to-implement tactics that allow my clients to feel their best and reach their ultimate potential. From macronutrient calculations and carb-cycling, to recipes and sample meal plans, I help clients feel educated, prepared and empowered to make healthier decisions for life.
