HARD TRUTH 🎤 Contrary to popular belief, eating healthy and working out won’t always help you lose weight, shed body fat, and tone and define the way you want it to…
ESPECIALLY if you already eat pretty healthy most of the time and are active too. 😬
Here are 5 reasons why I would never recommend this strategy to see the best results:
1️⃣ Point blank: It’s too general. One person’s definition of healthy can be vastly different from another, and there are a million different ways to move your body.
2️⃣ “Eating healthy” doesn’t consider important details like calories, macro/micronutrients, fiber, and water intake, and it also doesn’t consider how your nutrition should change over the course of 3-12+ months for you to actually see result.
3️⃣ “Working out” doesn’t define the right type of plan, program, or exercises for your goals specifically - and it also doesn’t consider proper form, tempo, and intensity… let alone how things should evolve and progress.
4️⃣ It lacks strategy. What we do in months 1-3 is very different from what we do in months 3-6+.
5️⃣ There’s no structure, accountability, or support. An impactful transformation takes consistency over time, and that’s very hard to do on your own, even if you’re already a healthy and active person.

My passion for this industry started at an early age - whether I was coming up with some sort of concoction in the kitchen or reading nutrition books (for fun) when I was 16 years old. MEALS
I’m a certified Nutrition Coach, an amateur chef, and am a big believer in fueling your body properly. I’ve spent my entire life diving into food, whether dissecting the nutrition of each meal, testing and treating personal food sensitivities, or leveraging certain strategies for reaching new goals. Most importantly, I don’t believe in diets, but rather, in sustainable nutrition strategies that break the cycle of deprivation, yo-yo dieting and the weight gain game. By utilizing my nutrition knowledge and my chops in the kitchen, I provide long-lasting strategies and easy-to-implement tactics that allow my clients to feel their best and reach their ultimate potential. From macronutrient calculations and carb-cycling, to recipes and sample meal plans, I help clients feel educated, prepared and empowered to make healthier decisions for life.
MOVEMENT
I’m a certified Yoga and Group Fitness Instructor, an avid gym-goer, a fitness class lover, and a big believer in resistance and weight training. Whether the desire is to slim down, tone up, or build lean muscle mass, I provide effective workout schedules, exercises and movement strategies to help reach goals. And unlike working with a personal trainer, I leverage my knowledge as a Nutrition Coach to develop a cohesive, holistic plan that optimizes efforts in the gym AND in the kitchen.
MINDSET
A healthy body is nothing without a healthy mind(set). In 2018, I experienced a life-changing five-week life empowerment program that changed the game for me when it came to making healthier decisions for myself. That experience, along with my knowledge and trainings as a Yoga Instructor, assist me in helping clients improve their mindset, identify their goals, and make strategic plans towards a new milestone. Whether the desire is to improve self esteem, become a better partner or friend, work on finishing tasks, or starting the day with a positive morning routine, I help identify growth opportunities and facilitate a plan for feeling good in the mind, and set into motion.
Together, these three things are the foundational pillars to optimizing your health and wellness, and when combined, are pivotal to your success in living a more vibrant and fulfilled life.
