Who I Am

Welcome! I am so excited to be sharing this page with all of you. This has been a long time coming and I cannot express how scary this was to finally put together.

A little bit about who I am- I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nutrition from the University of Northern Colorado in 2013 (wow does that feel like forever ago!) In the years since, I have discovered that changing your lifestyle habits can be challenging and what you are doing currently may need to be tweaked to help give you that little extra push. What a journey it has been!

Through the roller coaster of healthy eating and working out, I have experienced it all. Releasing pounds, gaining them back, gaining muscle, losing muscle. You name it, I can guarantee you my hand will go up. That is why I am FINALLY putting my goals to action- HELPING people while helping myself. There is so much “knowledge” out there regarding Nutrition, but sometimes that knowledge can be misguiding- partially due to what the media sets as a “standard.”

I am here to help coach you, support you and experience this new lifestyle with you. Here, we are going to create a plan that directly correlates with how you are working out because what you may not realize is that healthy eating habits come first, then it is what you do in the gym (or at home) that lead you down the path of success.
