Lately, some of my favorite Reiki Sessions have been geared toward identity work.
A lot of people reach a point in there life where their "identity" stops feeling authentic and starts feeling empty. This is not because they are trying to fool others, it's usually because when we go through the business of life we are assigned roles which we eventually confuse with "who we are". We also learn to favor certain traits over others, and try to shut out parts of ourselves that we believe are wrong.
The process of redefining or "refining" our identity used to be referred to as the mid-life crisis, but it doesn't have to be a crisis at all. My Reiki sessions are well suited to help you dive into your self-image and beliefs, in order to excavate your most authentic self. You get a chance to deeply connect with your inner truth in a way that will restore your confidence, personal effectiveness, and ultimately your happiness.
I love these sessions, because it is amazing to see people reignite their passion for life... it is beautiful to see people find their peace within empowerment. Sessions are 60-90 min long, online or in person, for $150. As always I'm happy to schedule a phone consultation at no cost.

I have always been exactly what I need to be in order to succeed. Sure, there were skills to learn along the way, but who I am has always been more than enough to reach my goals.

If this sounds yucky to you, then you have listened to the wrong voices for too long & I imagine you suffer from an immense amount of self-doubt. Because YOU have also always been exactly what you need to be & who you are is more than enough 🩷

Believing in yourself is NOT narcissistic. Running other people down in favor of boosting a fragile ego is. And planting seeds of self-doubt in others is just plain ugly.

Stop listening to those who tell you to doubt... especially if they want you to doubt yourself. Because not only are you more than enough, you're worthy of feeling it too!
