I will be away from October 27th to 31st on a Zen Teacher’s meditation retreat at Furnace Mountain Zen Center in Kentucky. I anticipate having coverage during this time from Joelle Appel, RN, LAc in the office and to answer any pressing questions via phone (I will not be checking my email during that week).
