Now that the front is complete, teams are working behind the scenes to update parking lot lines in the front and back - an important safety step that helps provide clear guidance for our families and caregivers.

Our Annual Pool Supplies Drive is back, and we’re collecting summer essentials to help kids enjoy safe, carefree days in the sun and water. Every donation helps create moments of joy, confidence, and connection throughout the summer season.

We’re currently looking for:
☀️ Sunscreen (SPF 50+)
🩴 Youth flip flops
🕶️ Swim goggles
🏖️ Beach towels
🩱 Swimsuits & swim shirts
🌊 Pool noodles & dive toys

📅 Donations accepted through June 5, 2026

From a full week coffee bar to build-your-own trail mix and a full-on fiesta, the celebrations were just a small way to show appreciation for the compassion, energy, creativity, and heart our teams bring every single day.

In honor of Nurses Week this past week, we’re proud to spotlight Molly Madaras, nurse at Intermountain Children’s Health Mount Saint Vincent. 💙

Molly says nursing stood out to her because of the creative ways nurses help people through life’s hardest moments.

One memory that shaped her path came after the loss of her aunt, when a hospice nurse helped her family create ornaments filled with special memories.

“I wanted to help people, and nursing showed me how creativity can be part of healing.”

Today, Molly brings that same compassion and creativity to the children and families she cares for every day.

Our Mount Saint Vincent team loved sharing more about the work we do to support children and families through compassionate behavioral health care, education, and family-centered services. Community partnership in action. 💙

Students from Arrupe Jesuit High School visited Mount Saint Vincent on Friday to help refresh campus spaces ahead of summer for the children we serve.

Student volunteers helped clean up our school garden area, just in time for summer, and removed carpet squares in the last classroom that will be updated this coming year! We ended the day with a tour, sharing the history and impact Mount Saint Vincent has had on Colorado's children over the last 143 years.

Their time, energy and generosity help create welcoming spaces where students can learn, grow and enjoy the season ahead. We’re grateful for community partners like Arrupe Jesuit High School who make a meaningful difference.

When caregivers across Intermountain Health come together to share knowledge and support one another, the impact reaches far beyond a single moment. Recently, Brad Lehmann from Intermountain Platte Valley Hospital partnered with Mount Saint Vincent caregivers Molly Madaras and Dan Hines to strengthen on-site Basic Life Support (BLS) education at Mount Saint Vincent.

Together, Brad, Molly, and Dan helped build confidence, strengthen emergency preparedness, and support a culture of safety for the children and families served every day. By creating internal instructor capacity, Mount Saint Vincent is building a sustainable model for ongoing education and continued excellence in care.

When caregivers invest in learning, teamwork, and one another, everyone benefits. That’s the Power of We. 💙
