The work I do is personal!

I have experienced my own health journey, and I understand the struggles that many face. Although I was declared cancer-free in 2013, just nine months post-treatment, my body suffered a complete breakdown. I was left to rebuild myself piece by piece, receiving little support from my oncology team. While I may have been free of cancer, I wasn’t given the tools or strategies needed for healing.

This is my "why." It’s what drives me to get out of bed each day and do the work I do. I never want anyone to receive a diagnosis and be left without the tools and support needed to work toward optimal health.
