Motivation comes & goes. Discipline is what gets the job done.

You will not always be motivated & I know for me, many days the motivation is just not there.

I am too tired to go to the gym,
It is easier to stop for take out than to cook.
I don't want to do that ____ (fill in the blank).

BUT you know what.. I take my butt to the gym, cook the dinner, etc - I do it anyway! - even when I don't want to.

Why?

Because I feel better when I do.
I show up better for my family when I do.
I am not full of regret when I do what I say I will do - what I really want to do!

Discipline is like a muscle that you can grow stronger with practice.

My dad once told me - the best time to go to the gym (or do the hard thing) is when you really don't want to do. He's right, it's in those moments that we grown our discipline muscle, our will power.

Looking for a delicious and nutritious start to your day or a quick, healthy snack? These are perfect! Loaded with whole grains, protein, fiber, and healthy fats, they keep your blood sugar balanced and your hunger at bay.

⭐️ My go to Recipe: ⭐️

1/2 c rolled oats
1/2 c organic whole milk (or milk of choice)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder
Top with fruit of choice + 1 tbsp nut butter
