I love seeing the pelvic floor housed in the pelvis. You can really see the bowl shape of the pelvic floor. (It’s not flat!) This view also more clearly delineates the urogenital triangle.

This is a great routine checklist. I would just add steaming for added surface hydration. If you want to improve your voice with resistance training (something I use for teaching singing and voice therapy), invest in a Singing Straw. The code COREVOICE will get you a discount. My favorite set is the basic, which comes with 3 3mm straws, a bamboo carrying case and a little pipe cleaner.
