Today we’re recognizing Trinity for truly Elevating to Great. Her quick thinking, attention to detail, and compassion made a critical difference when she recognized a patient was much sicker than initially realized and immediately raised concern. Trinity went above and beyond by helping ensure the patient safely made it to the ED and received the urgent care they needed.

Sometimes, being "GREAT" means staying calm in an emergency. Today’s AOO's "Elevate to Great" shout-out goes to our incredible Clinical Coordinator, Jade! ✨

We’re so grateful for Jade’s quick thinking and expert recognition, when a patient arrived at our office feeling very unwell, Jade immediately realized the situation was serious. She didn’t hesitate: she quickly coordinated an ambulance and ensured the patient was safely transported to receive the urgent care they needed.

Because of Jade’s proactive approach and seamless coordination, the rest of our team was able to continue caring for our other patients while knowing that this specific patient was in the best possible hands.

Having someone like Jade who is so supportive and quick to act is exactly why we’re able to provide top-tier care to our community. We truly appreciate you, Jade! 👏🏥
