The Food Pyramid just got flipped. 🔄
We’ve noticed a lot of conversation about the new pyramid format—specifically, that people miss the simplicity of "the plate." So, we created our own version to visualize the shift we’ve been waiting for: a massive move away from processed carbs and a spotlight on real food.
