At the right time, in the right way, touch others with the intent to heal them. We all need this, especially after what we've been through. Lockdown, and social distancing have scared us all. It's time to come together and heal a nation! It won't happen overnight. But with like-minded people, we can reach out and heal people from the deepest wounds.

Dr. V of Care Chiropractic was everything I could have hoped for and more; I have the deepest gratitude for him and his staff.

I’m reticent to see new Chiropractors and have real trust issues with doctors in general but while visiting Denver I had hip and back pain that got worse by the day and needed to be adjusted.

Didi scheduled me quickly on short notice as a new patient; right in the nick of time for my hip to fully lock up. I was in terrible pain walking in and chest clenching nervous to be adjusted but there was no need for all that, as I would soon find out.

The sound of Dr. V’s voice alone was comforting and he slowly explained what he was doing in detail. The initial consultation was thorough and by the time he was ready to adjust I was mostly calm enough to let him without too much bodily resistance.

Dr. V’s treatment for the hip and back pain spanned the length of my body and I learned new things about myself through him. Since I wasn’t in town for more than a few days he recommended that I come in the next day for a follow up adjustment and both do a simple exercise and stop doing others.

As I walked home I didn’t feel the sharp pains that about brought me to tears just an hour before and looked forward to the next visit. High five 🙌!

The second adjustment was magical; I felt immediate relief and have been improving ever since! Thank you!

Dr. V is a true healer with incredible energy, a love of life and a brilliant practice. If I lived in Denver I’d be a Care Chiropractic monthly regular.

SPINAL ALIGNMENT

I was playing with whale bones thinking how animals align their spines.
Whales breach, to crash upon the ocean, realign their spines and stimulate nerves.
A house cat stretches all day to create an exquisite inner balance that facilitates movement and enhances health.
Frequently, lions and tigers do the same thing at the zoo. They stretch their bodies, to maintain their physicality.
Your body needs occasional "adjustments" as well. Balancing the spine helps nerves function.
Chiropractic satisfies an inner need to integrate the spine and nervous system that's seen throughout nature. It's a way to adapt and stay healthy.
If your all locked up; working at the computer or focused on your cell phone, you are creating tension through out the nervous system. Take frequent breaks to stretch!
It's important to receive regular chiropractic care. If you are tense and locked up for long period of time, your nervous system will eventually break down and you will get sick.
