Thank you to all who came out for the 3rd Annual Biking for Blindness event on Saturday to support Anchor Center for Blind Children! A special thank you to the creators of this event, Tom & Kourtney Danielson, parents of Ryder and owners of , and Beth Barentsen, Mom of Tivoli.

We are so incredibly grateful to them, their friends, family, and supporters as well as for hosting our pre- and post-ride events! We are thrilled to announce that Biking for Blindness raised a record-setting $35,000 this year!

This charity ride and giving campaign, benefitting Anchor Center was originally conceived by two Anchor Center families who came together to raise money for Anchor Center, the school that provided both of their children, Ryder and Tivoli, with the support and education they needed.

Ryder’s parents, Tom and Kourtney Danielson are the founders of Cinch Cycling , where they coach to improve fitness, technique, nutrition, and strategy to perform while cycling. Tom Danielson is a well-recognized figure in the cycling world known for his 17 years of professional cycling, coaching and as a Tour de France competitor (amongst other esteemed accolades).

Tivoli's parents, Beth and Chad Barentsen, are also no strangers to the cycling world. Beth has also been on Anchor Center's Sunset in the City event committee and continues to be involved in fundraising. Join these two families for an unforgettable day of riding in the beauty of Longmont, Colorado while raising money for critical vision services!.
