Mary Ellen has worked with hundreds of clients to help them bring light to the darkest parts of themselves in order to heal shame, guilt, grief, inse

She’s been working in the transformation industry for 8 years and holds certifications in Transformational Coaching, Breathwork, and Trauma and Energy Healing. When she’s not helping clients she enjoys dinner parties, camping and dancing the night away at Red Rocks concerts.
