🌿✨ Impermanence ✨🌿

To me, impermanence means accepting one of life’s deepest truths — that everything changes. Seasons shift. Emotions move through. Bodies break and heal. Nothing stays the same.

When I learn to find the beauty in that truth, I suffer less. I become more open, more spacious, more present. I allow myself to feel it all — the joy, the grief, the tenderness — and to move and heal my body so I can continue showing up and serving others from a grounded, loving place.

In my own journey, there was a lot of suffering before I truly accepted this concept. But today — with deep love and support from friends, healing circles, mentors, healers, trainings, and life itself (lots of life!) — I’ve learned to feel my emotions, honor them, and let them go with love and grace. They no longer are in control me.

I’ve been sitting in meditation with this powerful truth as I prepare to co-lead the “Threads of the Veil” Retreat with the incredible Kate Smith 🍂 — and what an honor it is to be part of this transformative circle. 🙏🏽🕊️

✨ I’m so excited to share that Kate with Red Desert Studio and I, Olivia Duran with OliveTree Holistic, are teaming up for Threads of the Veil — an art + wellness retreat on Nov 1 in the beautiful hill country of Blanco , just an hour from Austin. 🌿✨
