Yolanda Jones decided to step out of her comfort zone and set a huge goal for her 60th birthday this year! She will be stepping on stage competing in Transformation, Athletic Masters 55+ and Open at this Saturday’s NFF Colorado Superbody!

Yolanda shared, “It was only a few years ago when sickness left me feeling completely broken. After becoming ill, I’ve had to rebuild my body from the ground up. This journey has been deeply personal— it’s restored my health, renewed my strength, and has given me the chance to inspire others. Through faith and determination, I rose, rebuilt, and transformed my body at age 60. My hope is to inspire others to believe that no matter the battle, you can win. Always remember—Be You … Today, Tomorrow, and Always.

I know after this Saturday, I will feel a sense of accomplishment—knowing I set a goal and followed it through. But more than that, I’m excited to keep building on this momentum, to see where the journey takes me next.”

Who’s excited that the NFL 🏈 season has officially begun?

Been looking forward to Sunday’s Broncos home opener game and I get to be with Broncos Country at Empower stadium tomorrow!

I’ll be there with the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders and alumni before 2pm to lead the stands. We need Broncos country to help us create a new fun Rally Moment to “We Will Rock You!” in the last moments before kickoff… so I’d love your help from the stands if you are going to the game… So Excited!
