Visiting my parents in California and my dad says I should NOT post this awful BEFORE photo of myself … but it’s the real ME & REAL LIFE!
He has no idea the struggles that women in their 40’s, 50’s and 60’s may be going through with aging, hormonal changes, mental health, depression, etc…
I was able to transform with natural foods, limited supplements, no peptides, no GLP-1, etc. I focussed on healthy natural nutrition to build muscle to boost metabolism and burn fat instead of a new trendy diet or pill and decided to set a aggressive goal to step on stage in a bikini competition with a photoshoot the day after! This meant No Wine and No Cheating on my nutrition plan for 6 weeks and adding more Weight training!!
