Fun Fact:
This was my very first Fitness & bodybuilding competition in 2002 (yes! Been competing & transforming minds & bodies for 23 years!)

I trained-coached myself! I was to WIN the Fitness division and the Overall NPC Colorado State Fitness Champ Ring!! And I also took 1st place in the NPC Figure Short class!

My Team competed at NPC shows the next 5 years in Colorado we won 7 Team Champion Award NPC Plaques!

Yolanda Jones decided to step out of her comfort zone and set a huge goal for her 60th birthday this year! She will be stepping on stage competing in Transformation, Athletic Masters 55+ and Open at this Saturday’s NFF Colorado Superbody!

Yolanda shared, “It was only a few years ago when sickness left me feeling completely broken. After becoming ill, I’ve had to rebuild my body from the ground up. This journey has been deeply personal— it’s restored my health, renewed my strength, and has given me the chance to inspire others. Through faith and determination, I rose, rebuilt, and transformed my body at age 60. My hope is to inspire others to believe that no matter the battle, you can win. Always remember—Be You … Today, Tomorrow, and Always.

I know after this Saturday, I will feel a sense of accomplishment—knowing I set a goal and followed it through. But more than that, I’m excited to keep building on this momentum, to see where the journey takes me next.”
