I have been making these pancakes for years! πŸ₯ž Make them gluten free and dairy free by subbing out the flour for ground up oats and sour cream for vegan yogurt. I also tend to half or omit the sugar, or replace with mashed bananas. 🍌 I add blueberries 🫐 and chia seeds. I am not completely dairy free, so I top with butter 🧈 and a little pure maple 🍁 syrup. Chef’s kiss! πŸ’‹
