Nearly half of people living with HIV in the U.S. are 50+, and new diagnoses continue in this age group. 🧡 But thriving with HIV is possible — and we’re here to help make it happen.

Our iCHANGE program supports Coloradans aged 50+ living with HIV with tools, resources, and a welcoming community to help them age with strength, dignity, and connection.
