I have some updates

Breathe Wellness Massage Therapy community,

I just want to say thank you for your business. Thank you for working with me. Thank you for referring me to your family and friends.

For some of you, it has been quite a while since we worked together. I would absolutely love to work together again.

I am still keeping up with the covid protocol, so that everything remains clean and safe. I am still taking temperatures upon arrival, so remember to text or call me upon arrival so that I can meet you outside.

I am in the process of updating my website. So be patient as it continues to change. I am going add a list of all of the many items that I recommend to help your bodies heal, strengthen, stretch or relax. Things that I use, things that have been recommended to me. I am also going to include picture and links for stretches! Yay stretching!
