It’s been such a joy to continue giving hot classes during these uncertain times! Starting May 31st I will take my schedule to 3 classes per week. Some studios are opening, with precautions... so I will continue through June, at least! Thank you for showing up for yourselves!! 🧘🏼‍♀️☀️🙏🏼🔥

Here’s the new Zoom schedule for May... I’m going to speak honestly and raw... life is full of changes for me, coming in the future... I enjoy getting donations and I enjoy seeing your faces more... I have a God that is much bigger than all the fear that is out there currently... if donations keep you away, come NO MATTER WHAT... if heat & humidity are keeping you away, please try something new... if fear, worry, schedules, busy, insanity are keeping you away~ please be gentle with yourself and show up for you. I miss so many of you, I would love to see you and connect with you, I want to share my love with you... when I started this yoga journey- it paid the bills... Now it’s about connection, safety, honesty, being raw, all the feels... My yoga journey may be changing in the future, please don’t let this opportunity pass you by... we are a collective, a one, an energy... please let me give you some love and hold space for you!! This is my service to something bigger than myself and knowing I will always be taken care of in the future.

Next Friday~ the 1st~ come celebrate “the bringing back light” part 2 of of a series of 8. You do not need to have part 1 to do 2- they are individually set up....
Water is our element of the season, we will be working with the Kidney and Bladder Meridians, along with an amazing restorative sequence (by Lisa Kirkland) geared to those Meridians.
