The Physio Revolution was created by physical therapists Brooke Olsen and Annie Brodsky.

We help people in their 40's + improve their ability to stay active, maintain independence, and decrease the need for surgery, reliance on pain medications, or chronic use of injections in order to regain the activities and lifestyle they love to do everyday.

Randi achieved a dream of hers and we were thrilled to be able to celebrate with her! 🎉 🥳

Randi used to be a figure skater, but having knee, back, and hip pain made that impossible and took away something very dear to her. This winter Randi came in telling us she got back on the ice and we all couldn’t have been more excited for her!

Amazing work, Randi! We have loved getting to know you and we are cheering you on as you get back to all your amazing activities! ✨

Peter is someone who should have multiple beads up there since he has crushed MANY goals and SURPASSED many barriers in his previous 5+ years of back issues and pain.

His goals were simple:
✅Get back in the gym
✅And just do daily life without discomfort

And now he’s deadlifting and squatting over #100 🤯and doing life without back discomfort every single day.

If you ever get the chance to meet Peter, you’ll see exactly why he is where he is today…

Dedicated, motivated, and consistently pushing himself to new levels are a few of the many reasons why he’s been able to reach above and beyond!

Here’s our client, Tom, who is crushing his hikes in Ecuador with his daughter and son in law! 🎉

This is after years of chronic low back pain that went shooting down into his legs and he wanted to do this without surgery or chemicals.

This winter Sandi crushed one of her greatest goals: getting back to the slopes with her husband after getting BOTH knees replaced 2 years ago! ⛷ 💥 Since skiing and being in the mountains is one of her favorite things to do, it was important to get Sandi back to this ASAP.

Sandi was committed to her program from day one. Her openness to learn and challenge herself has no doubt been a huge factor in her success!
