New Cycle info !!!
Strength Goals:
Monday - some agility work = ladders, hurdles and bounds. Followed up with heavier/lower rep power clean work
Tuesday - heavy push press with rebounding work
Wednesday - back squats = low rep heavy tempo + some moderate volume/moderate loading
Thursday- rope climb technique work and building some volume. Looking to improve efficiency as well as strength/muscular endurance
Friday - starting with some jump work each day, then followed up with DB RFESS for volume more than weight
Metcon Focuses:
Mondays: Sub 10 speed
Tuesdays: 12-15 min mixed modal/Murph work
Wednesdays: Work/Rest, lower body focus
Thursdays: 15-20 mins/Murph prep
Fridays: Chipper
Saturdays: Long Partner
