Our annual Holiday party will be at a NEW location this year! Jason F is kindly donating his cafe to us for the night. But don’t worry, there will be the same shenanigans as always, think catered food, games, batch cocktails and more.

Dress to impress this year and please RSVP by 11/30 if you can so we can gauge how much food to get! You can rsvp on the e-vite that will be sent out soon.

Loved ones are welcome, but Adults Only Please.

Entry is $10, and this year we will be donating all proceeds to a local food bank, stay tuned for more info on that.

The Network is a Denver-based hospitality house for the unhoused community, designed to be a welcoming space for relationship-building and healing, rather than a traditional coffee shop. It provides free coffee, food and showers, and fosters an environment of mutual kinship and support, distinct from a shelter or social services agency.

Its core mission is to create a space for people to connect, share, and develop friendships, serving between 70 and 150 people daily.

All throughout the month of November, Omnia will be collecting new or gently used winter gear. We will have bins by the front desk where you can drop your items off.

Their most needed items are: shoes, backpacks, and jackets. But they will accept all warm clothes: sweaters, sweatpants, socks, hats and gloves.
So let’s see how much we can donate over the course of this month so that we can help serve the community as the weather starts to get colder.

**Another way you can participate is by donating directly to them and/or ordering items off their Amazon wishlist.

That’s right, people! We are doing a full week of “Bring a Friend” from Monday October 27 through Saturday November 1.

Things to Know:

1- No drop in fees! Free for all friends to drop in.

2- No Crossfit experience necessary. The Health Track workouts will be the “friend” accessible one. Programming for Fitness and Performance will be the same as a normal week.

3- Please have your friends sign a waiver ahead of time if possible. You can send them this link to the waiver: waiver.

4- You can bring as many friends as you’d like throughout the week.

5- The same friend can come in more than once.

Grab a friend, coworker, significant other, buddy - all our welcome!

Annual Gymsgiving details!! 👇🏼

We are hosting an Omnia Thanksgiving dinner that is part potluck and part competition.

Part 1: The competition. There are two categories: pie and chili. Bring out your best recipes for either or both and we will vote on our favorites! The winners will get a prize and have the honor of being Thanksgiving champions! We will cap it at 10 chilies and 10 pies each to be entered into the competition.

Part 2: Thanksgiving Potluck. Bring in your favorite Thanksgiving dishes to share. (No competition for these items - just going to be gobbling these up.)

We will have a whiteboard sign up going up next week for all categories (pie/chili/potluck) where we ask that you please sign up and write what you anticipate bringing.

Not a chef? No problem. Feel free to bring a drink or non-pie dessert to share or snack to share.

**Note: if you plan on being part of the competition, you must have your item to the gym between 5:30-6:00 pm.
