🌟 Self-Care Tips for Seniors! 🌟

Taking care of yourself is important at every age. Seniors can stay healthy and happy by staying active with gentle movement like walking or stretching, eating nutritious foods such as fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins, keeping social connections with friends, family, or community groups, and prioritizing regular health checkups including medical, vision, hearing, and dental visits.

Home care can help seniors reach each of these goals by providing support with daily activities, encouraging physical activity, preparing healthy meals, offering companionship, and assisting with appointments. Small steps each day can make a big difference in overall well-being and quality of life. 💛

Our Story...

Our company was born from personal experience. Todd’s own grandmother had in-home care and hospice, so from a very young age, he became familiar with caregivers in the house and what that looked like from a family’s perspective.

He decided to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialty in Geriatric Psychology and in 2003, he opened All the Comfort of Home, Inc. For the most part, he focused on non-medical home care. He did have skilled home health care for a while, but decided that his true passion was the non-medical side. Personal care like bathing, dressing and grooming. Companionship care such as making meals and going shopping, helping with household things like laundry and cleaning; those aspects of our daily lives that may not be overseen by a doctor but matter for our overall health nonetheless.

He chose his company name with great care. All of us that work with him follow these tenets: Kind. Compassionate. Reliable. Professional. We are here to do the right thing for our client, their family, our teammates and ourselves, every time.
