Our Story

MANNA Pilates + Health is located just north of Downtown Denver, in the RiNo neighborhood. We can be found in the FREIGHT building of the TAXI community. At MANNA Pilates + Health, we believe that form and quality of movement is key to transforming your body. Individual attention is of upmost importance. Because of this, we offer private and duet Pilates sessions. At MPH, we want you to get the most out of your time with us! Sessions can be corrective, preventative, rehabilitative, and used for athletic conditioning.

In addition, we also offer health coaching. In our coaching sessions, we support you through the process of living your most vibrant life! Nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, time management, and relationships can all be addressed.
