Our Story

Mission: We are committed to improving the lives of children with special needs and their families through individualized, evidence based programs. Our goal is to help individuals reach their highest level of independence in their homes and communities to achieve the best quality of life.

Philosophy: ABEC collaborates with clients, families, caregivers, and other service providers to support clients with a comprehensive approach based in the principles of behavior analysis. Our therapists specialize in naturalistic, developmental approaches that deliver meaningful social and communicative outcomes. We believe that therapy should be fun, creative, and unique to the individual.

Jennifer Tilley M.Ed., BCBA is a licensed Special Education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been working with children with autism and other special needs for over 15 years. Jennifer enjoys working with children of all ages and abilities. She enjoys teaching literacy and language acquisition, with a focus on natural environment teaching.

Jennifer founded ABEC with a vision to provide the highest quality of services with staff that are passionate about their work. In order to maintain the best therapists, Jennifer believes in providing mentoring and professional development, involving all team members in decision making, and supporting staff with work-life balance.
