We love a good partner pose, and Partner See-Saw Pose is one of our favorites!
It is commonly used as a warm-up to stretch the hamstrings, lengthen the spine, and build trust and connection. Give it a try!
HOW TO:
🧘♀️Sit & Connect: Sit facing each other with legs extended and your feet touching your partner's.
🤝Grip: Reach forward and firmly grasp each other's hands or wrists.
↔️The Move: One person leans back, gently pulling the other into a forward stretch.
↩️Switch: Reverse roles, flowing back and forth like a see-saw with your breath.
