Alesya Mulholland is a registered nurse, licensed esthetician and a legally certified Colorado permanent makeup artist.

Accent On Faces is all about keeping you feeling, looking and staying beautiful at any age with injectibles & fillers, medical laser treatments & permanent makeup Alesya is also a certified PhiBrows Artist for microblading eyebrows. She has additional extensive training in NanoLines and the "Ombre" brows technique and advanced color theory. The majority of her practice is permanent makeup. I started my nursing career as a cosmetic nurse injector (Botox etc) for a Denver area board certified facial surgeon in his aesthetic medical spa. I fell in love with all things related to skin care. Shortly thereafter a went to esthetician school to obtain my license and opened Accent On Faces, LLC

Permanent makeup cover-up with microblading ✨

This client came in with existing permanent makeup and wanted a new, more refined brow look.
Before the cover-up, we completed one laser removal session to gently lighten the existing pigment and create a clean base for the new work.

After that, we performed a microblading cover-up, carefully working over the previous pigment to redesign the shape and enhance the brows while keeping the result natural and balanced🤍

What changed:
✨A new, cleaner brow shape was created
✨The brows now look more defined yet natural
✨The result blends seamlessly with her facial features and natural hair

Our goal with Xeomin is always to soften those lines while keeping your facial expressions 100% intentional and alive. You might notice the brows sitting a tiny bit higher—and that’s the secret sauce!
Why we take it slow:
I’d much rather slightly elevate the brows and fine-tune at your touch-up than over-inject. Nobody wants heavy, dropping brows or that «stiff» look. At the 2-week mark, we can always add a little more, but you can’t «undo» over-treatment easily. Precision is everything! 🙌

This beautiful result is from a 2-week touch-up and a full perioral approach — not just lips.

As we age, lips don’t age alone. The area around the mouth changes too, often showing:
• Perioral volume loss
• Marionette lines
• Chin creasing and shadowing

If we only inject the lips and ignore everything else, the result can look disconnected — youthful lips sitting on an older lower face. That’s how unnatural results happen🙌

You may notice the brows are sitting slightly higher at the 2-week mark — and that’s completely normal. I always prefer a gentle lift that can be fine-tuned at a touch-up rather than over-injecting and risking heavy brows, brow drop, or a frozen look.

At 2 weeks, we can always relax areas if needed. What we can’t easily fix is over-treatment.
