Remember that we have our community, and you need to do what you need to do to make sure you’re not holding onto this heavy energy. It’s not ours to carry alone.
But it IS ours to help others through. To help ourselves through. And to reclaim our power to make a change.

Today we say goodbye to a gentle giant that has graced our courtyard for decades 🌳
This beautiful tree has been so much more than just part of our landscape – it has been a silent teacher, a shelter, and a witness to countless moments of growth and peace. Under its generous canopy, yoga classes found their rhythm, students discovered their breath, and our community flourished in its shade.
Thank you, dear friend, for the countless souls you’ve touched and the sanctuary you’ve provided. Your roots may no longer ground you here, but the peace you brought to this space will live on in our hearts and memories.
You will be deeply missed and forever cherished. 🙏💚
