In times like these, when the world feels uncertain and scary, we find our strength in each other. 🤎
Unity isn’t just a word it’s our lifeline. It’s showing up for our community, especially when things get hard. It’s leaning on the people we love and letting them lean on us.
But here’s the truth: we can’t pour from an empty cup.
Taking care of ourselves isn’t selfish it’s necessary. When we nourish our minds, bodies, and spirits, we become stronger for the people who need us.
This is why we practice. This is why we gather. This is why community matters.
Let’s keep showing up—for ourselves and for each other. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

Her smile is contagious and lights up every room she enters. With her powerful energy, loving spirit, and that beautifully mysterious aura, Morgan creates something truly special for everyone she teaches.

Grateful for this masterpiece in our sacred space 🎨✨
Thank you, .lindsey ,for creating this powerful mural in Urban Sanctuary in Five Points – a historic Black neighborhood that continues to breathe resilience and strength into our community.
This art serves as our daily reminder: the resilience, the power, the insurmountable strength of our ancestors that lives within us. We carry their legacy. We match their courage. We honor their journey by standing tall in our own.
In this sacred ground where history was made and continues to unfold, this mural stands as a testament to who we’ve always been and who we continue to be.

Bettering yourself isn’t selfish. It’s resistance. It’s resilience.
In times like these, lean on your community. Draw strength from the people who see you. But also—find home in yourself. Build that foundation within.
