My approach is warm and compassionate. As an integrative therapist, the sessions are tailored to the person sitting in front of me. A variety of different therapeutic orientations have influenced me, including humanistic, relational, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral. Together we will work on creating an environment that is safe enough for you to begin your healing process.
