Our Story

I began my career as a dancer and through my experience I discovered a passion for the human body and its complexity. As I transitioned out of choreography and performance I expanded my knowledge by becoming a licensed massage therapist. I have also taken classes in biochemistry which provided with me an understanding of the biochemical reactions in the body and how they pair with different massage techniques. This allows me to bring a unique perspective to restoring the functional movement of the human body.

I have chosen to go into private practice so that I am able to focus on my clients rather than a corporate timetable. Being in private practice allows me to to stay financially accessible so that everyone has an opportunity to benefit from the restorative nature of massage and bodywork therapy.
