A Renewed Momma

A Renewed Momma Tara Dakin Sauer is a Perinatal Therapist and Infant/Adult Sleep Consultant. Poor infant sleep is a major source of postpartum anxiety.

I specialize in infant and adult sleep coaching uniquely tailored to meet the needs of moms dealing with postpartum mood disorders. Poor parental sleep is a major source of postpartum depression and rage. Mommas dealing with postpartum anxiety, depression, rage or PTSD may find it even more difficult to get their baby into a good routine for feeding and sleeping and often struggle to follow through with goals for sleep training. Once the baby is finally sleeping well, many mommas still experience significant insomnia. I am here to help mommas AND their babies get better sleep. If you want support to feel well-rested, confident, and renewed in your identity as a mom, contact me to learn about my in-home and virtual services!

Welcome to Renew

Any kind of hurt changes us, whether it is a brief pain or a period of extended suffering – the key is our perspective. As Hippocrates said, healing is both a matter of time and a matter of opportunity. Tara desires to come alongside her clients and help them make sense of their circumstances and find meaning in all of life's experiences. Her primary goal is to help clients experience a shift from feeling broken, stuck, or insignificant to building a secure and positive sense of self, cultivating trust in others and authenticity in relationships, and finding the confidence and motivation to work towards the life they want.

Tara uses a strengths-based, collaborative approach, working closely with each client to incorporate their specific background, culture, and beliefs to develop goals for therapy and identify the unique strategies that will help them meet those goals. You can learn more about Tara’s background and approach to therapy at renewpandc.com/about. All clients are free to discuss their issues in a non-judgmental, confidential, and safe environment. Please contact Tara at (678)920-8358 or tara@renewpandc.com if you would like to learn more about how therapy may be able to help you on the path to wellness!
