Day two in Costa Rica with and still feeling so inspired 🤍

Today was all about what’s next in breast aesthetics and how we can continue to elevate patient care with thoughtful innovation. One of the most exciting parts of this experience was learning more about Preservè, and I’m thrilled to now offer it to select patients in my practice.

Recovery after a neck lift is just as important as the procedure itself. I always remind my patients that healing is a process, and understanding what to expect can make that process feel much smoother and more empowering.

In the first few days, swelling and bruising are completely normal. With time, those early changes begin to settle, and by the first couple of weeks, you will start to see the initial contour improvements. Over the following weeks, the neck continues to refine, soften, and reveal a more defined, youthful profile.

Surgery day is more than just the procedure. It is about feeling prepared, comfortable, and completely at ease from the moment you walk in 🤍

I always tell my patients that a little preparation goes a long way. Think cozy, think simple, and think about what will help you feel your best as you begin your recovery.

A few essentials I recommend:
• Loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to change in and out of
• A trusted friend or family member to bring you home
• Any required paperwork or medications
• A calm mindset and confidence in your decision

My goal is for you to feel supported every step of the way, not just in the operating room, but before and after as well.
