I've started 2 monthly newsletters!

There is a community letter for the general public that will give updates on my practice, highlight blog posts I've written, podcast episodes I've recorded on specific topics that help with emotional well-being and self understanding.

The other is a professional newsletter for therapists and students who want to learn more about theory, best practices, self-care, and therapy modalities. I will also highlight upcoming workshops, trainings, and webinars I have coming up.

Please consider subscribing to both or either newsletter! You'll see where to sign up on my homepage. There is also an archive under the Community tab of my website to see past issues
