Relationships shape so much of our lives—family, intimate partnerships, friendships, and even the workplace. When those relationships feel overwhelming, uncertain, or disconnected, it can be hard to know how to move forward. Therapy can help you untangle those challenges and create new patterns that bring more peace and clarity. In our work together, you’ll be supported to:
✨Navigate conflict in relationships with clarity and confidence
✨Strengthen communication skills and set healthy boundaries
✨Move forward in decisions about separation, divorce, or reconciliation
✨Cope with stress, anxiety, and the pressure of carrying too much alone
✨Build stronger connections at home, at work, and within yourself
👩🏽💼 About Sirribi:
Clients often tell me they appreciate my direct, honest, and grounded approach. In our work together, I don’t just listen, I help you understand what’s happening in your relationships, why certain patterns keep showing up, and how to change them. We’ll talk openly about the hard things, while also focusing on practical ways to communicate more clearly, set boundaries, and show up differently in your relationships. I’ve worked in social work and therapy since 2014, supporting individuals from marginalized communities and people of color. Over time, my work has centered on helping adults navigate relationship challenges, including people-pleasing, conflict avoidance, trust issues, divorce, and the impact of cultural or family expectations on relationships. My style is action-oriented and focused on growth. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful dynamics, build healthier communication skills, and develop tools you can use outside of session, so you’re not stuck repeating the same arguments, doubts, or relational cycles. Clients often say they leave sessions with more clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of how to move forward in their relationships. At the core of my work are empathy, authenticity, and cultural sensitivity. I believe relationship-focused therapy should be honest, supportive, and practical, helping you build connections that feel more balanced, secure, and aligned with who you are and what you want.
