On November 23rd, 2024, the Colorado Alliance for Health Equity and Practice proudly partnered with local organizations to host a transformative health and resource fair in Castle Rock, CO. As a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Colorado's diverse communities, this event exemplified our mission to provide equitable healthcare and education to all.

What We Offered:
Comprehensive Health Services: Diagnostic assessments and follow-up care referrals.
