Born at just 30 weeks, Kinsley was diagnosed with a rare condition called tracheoesophageal fistula and esophageal atresia, where the esophagus and trachea do not develop correctly. For more than a decade, Mark has embraced life while living with multiple myeloma. His journey has included a bone marrow transplant and more recently CAR T-cell therapy at Colorado Blood Cancer Institute (CBCI) - a part of HCA HealthONE. For Mark, living with cancer is less about fighting a battle and more about embracing life as it is.

A normal recess. A normal school day. But for 12-year-old Jordan, it was anything but. He collapsed and his heart stopped. Jordan's story is a reminder of how a few seconds and the right training can change everything. Thanks to a quick-acting school nurse who performed CPR and paramedics who used an AED, his life was saved.
